Tenvor, Since 1989, we've combined deepening material knowledge with advanced engineering capability to become one of Türkiye's leading spring manufacturers. Across our 60,000 m² facility, every stage — from design to heat treatment, forming to quality — is carried out under one roof, under tight engineering control.

Springs Engineered for Precision
Every spring we make is produced under tight engineering control, from material selection to final testing; our grinding, coating and painting lines sit in the same facility. For projects beyond standard dimensions, our technical team works with you from the first sketch.

Suspension Springs
High-fatigue-life cold- and hot-coiled suspension springs for passenger and commercial vehicle suspension systems. Series production under IATF 16949 with full traceability.
- Wire diameter: Ø 5.00 – 20.00 mm

Compression Springs
Cold- and hot-coiled compression springs in cylindrical, conical and variable-pitch designs. Ground or unground end options, with shot-peening and colour coding available.

Extension Springs
Extension springs with half-hook, German, English, extended and machine-screw eye options. Initial tension is adjusted to customer specification.

R&D & Quality Laboratory
The Engineering Behind Every Spring
We don't just manufacture — we examine, test and verify at every stage. From material microstructure to the mechanical performance of the finished spring, our laboratory guarantees that every part we ship meets specification.
LAB · 01Microstructure Imaging
We examine the grain structure of the material under optical microscopy, visually confirming that the microstructure meets the required quality after heat treatment.
LAB · 02Non-Destructive Testing
We use eddy current testing to detect surface and sub-surface cracks in finished springs without damaging the part. Every batch is scanned before it leaves the line.
LAB · 03Mechanical Testing
Through load-deflection curves, tensile strength, torsion and fatigue testing, we measure exactly how each spring will behave under real working conditions.
